Casa Boa
Casa Boa (T2) sleeps max. 6 people. It contains a large living room, an open-plan kitchen with a fridge and an oven, a wood-burning hearth /central heating, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom richly appointed with a bath, double basin, shower, toilet and bidet, and a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen and sink. One of the couches in the living room can be used as a sofa bed. French windows connect the living room to the terrace. All windows and doors are been fitted with insect screens.
This luxurious holiday villa has a ‘crow’s nest position’ at the estate, overlooking the Monchique mountains and the access to the estate.

Twice a year- once in spring and once in autumn - Monte do Casarão organizes a painting week. The course is for beginners and advanced students. You can paint or sketch using any technique and any materials you like.s.

April: it remains a fascinating and spectacular sight: the storks on the cliffs along the coast between Cabo Sardão and Zambujeira do Mar. No wave is too high for them, no sea too wild. No doubt they have (had) it rough with Jana, Konrad, Laurence, Martinho and Nuria, but undisturbed they do their thing: renovate their old nests, lay eggs and raise their young.
It is the only place in Europe where you can see storks in the sea. So if you are in the area: be sure to go and take a look! You will see another wonder of nature.
